Art and taste is always a great topic for discussion. Students have a selection of images where they need to persuade others that what they are showing is art. The power of persuasion and convincing argument will be great skills for students to use in class. If you are teaching online or have an IWB in your class you can explore art gallery collections and discuss some of the exhibits on show. Try and look at galleries from different countries around the world:
MoMA, New York City https://www.moma.org

Tate Modern, London https://www.tate.org.uk/

Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, Sydney  https://www.mca.com.au/

You will find the detailed teaching tip and the material in the pdf below. Have a look!
