Absolute Legal English, a practical and stimulating course book for students of law and practising lawyers, has just been published by Delta and is now in stock. The course is particularly useful for candidates preparing for the ILEC exam and can be used in class or for self-study.

Absolute Legal English consists of nine units which cover the mainĀ areas of international law. Each unit gives practice in all four key language skills and all skills work is closely related to real working practice.

Written by Helen Callanan and Lynda Edwards, the author team combines experience in language teaching and legal authority. The course is informative and engaging and uses a variety of proven techniques from the field of language teaching combined with an authoritative knowledge of appropriate legal matters.
